These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Aussie Trading Card Games website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Products & Pricing
We sell trading cards, collectibles, and related products. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
As we are not registered for GST, no GST is charged on purchases.
Prices, product descriptions, and availability may change without notice. We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate; however, errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing or product details after you have placed an order, we will contact you before processing your order.
Pre-Orders
We may offer pre-orders for certain products. Estimated release dates are provided by suppliers and are subject to change.
Pre-order payments secure your product but do not guarantee a specific release or delivery date. If a supplier cancels or reduces our allocation, we will notify you and issue a full refund for any undeliverable items.
2. Ordering & Payment
Orders can be placed through our website.
We accept payment via:
Credit and debit card (processed securely via Stripe)
PayPal
Orders are confirmed once payment has been received in full and we send you an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within Australia only. All orders are dispatched via Australia Post. Customers may choose between standard or express shipping at checkout. Orders over $200 qualify for free standard shipping.
Orders are dispatched on the next business day following order confirmation.
Delivery
Delivery is taken to occur when the goods are delivered to the delivery address nominated in your order.
Where Authority to Leave (ATL) is selected or permitted at checkout, Australia Post may leave the parcel at the delivery address without obtaining a signature. In these circumstances, delivery is taken to occur when the parcel is left at the nominated address in accordance with Australia Post’s delivery procedures.
If a parcel is confirmed as delivered to the correct address (including where ATL has been authorised), risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
If you prefer not to have your parcel left unattended, you should select a signature-required delivery option at checkout where available.
Shipping Insurance
Where available, we purchase Australia Post Extra Cover insurance for parcels up to the full value of the order.
This insurance applies to loss or damage occurring in transit prior to delivery. If a parcel is lost or damaged before delivery, we will lodge an investigation and insurance claim with Australia Post and resolve the matter with you in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Compensation under Australia Post Extra Cover is payable to us as the sender. Customers are not required to deal directly with Australia Post for insurance claims, except where reasonably required to assist with an investigation.
Shipping insurance does not apply to theft, loss, or damage occurring after a parcel has been successfully delivered to the nominated address (including where Authority to Leave has been authorised).
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Parcels
If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit prior to delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so we can commence an investigation.
We are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring after a parcel has been successfully delivered to the nominated address.
Nothing in this section excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are dispatched once they arrive in stock. Pre-orders are processed separately from standard orders and will not delay the dispatch of in-stock products purchased at the same time.
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of trading card game (TCG) products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, mistaken purchases, or buyer’s remorse.
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product has a major failure or is not of acceptable quality.
If you believe a product you purchased is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at info@aussietcg.com.au with your order details and supporting information.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, product descriptions, logos, branding, and design elements, is the property of Aussie Trading Card Games or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any breach of these Terms or any failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited, at our option, to:
Replacement of the goods;
Supply of equivalent goods; or
Payment of the cost of replacing the goods.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under law.
7. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal information provided to us is used solely for processing orders, communicating about purchases, and arranging delivery. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required to process payments or fulfil orders (including sharing necessary information with Australia Post).
