PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated: 24 October 2026

Aussie Trading Card Games (AussieTCG, we, us or our) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose personal information when you browse our website, place an order, contact us or sign up for updates.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery address, order and transaction details, messages you send us, marketing preferences, and technical information about your device and use of our website (such as cookies and analytics data where enabled). We collect information from you at checkout, through our contact forms or emails, and automatically through the website and its service providers.

Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. We do not store full payment card details on our own systems.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to take and fulfil orders, arrange delivery, process payments, provide customer support, manage returns and enquiries, maintain business and tax records, protect the website and transactions, improve our services, and send marketing messages where you have subscribed or the law otherwise permits. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the email or by contacting us. We may still send essential messages about an order or account.

3. When we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share only what is reasonably needed with service providers that help us operate the store and fulfil orders. These may include Squarespace (our website and commerce platform), Stripe or PayPal (payments), Australia Post or another delivery carrier, and email, analytics or technical providers where those services are enabled. We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law.

4. Overseas processing

Some service providers may store or process personal information outside Australia. This may include the United States, where Squarespace and Stripe have operations, and other countries where their affiliates or service providers operate. The countries involved can vary by provider and service. Overseas recipients may be subject to the laws of those countries.

5. Cookies, storage and security

Our website and service providers may use cookies or similar technologies for essential site functions and, where enabled, analytics or website improvements. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although disabling some cookies may affect site functions.

We take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Information is held in our business records and systems used by our service providers. No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above and for legal, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements, then securely delete or de-identify it where practicable.

6. Access, correction and privacy complaints

You can ask us for access to personal information we hold about you or ask us to correct it. You can also complain if you are concerned about how we have handled your information. Email info@aussietcg.com.au with “Privacy” in the subject line and enough detail for us to understand your request or concern. We will review it and respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied, you may be able to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au/privacy/privacy-complaints.

7. Updates and contact

We may update this policy when our practices or legal requirements change. The latest version and update date will be shown on this page. For privacy questions, contact AussieTCG at info@aussietcg.com.au.
