TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms apply when you use the AussieTCG website or place an order with Aussie Trading Card Games (AussieTCG, we, us or our). They should be read with the product listing and the Shipping & Returns policy. If a term here conflicts with a right that cannot be excluded under Australian law, that right continues to apply.

1. Products and prices

We sell trading cards, sealed products, collectibles and related accessories. Please read each listing for the product details, condition, language, edition and any included items. Images are provided to help identify products; packaging or artwork may vary where the listing says so.

Prices are shown in Australian dollars. The price, delivery charge and any applicable taxes or promotion terms will be shown before you place your order. We may update prices, listings and availability before an order is accepted. If we discover a genuine pricing, listing or stock error affecting an order, we will contact you and explain the options. We will not charge a corrected higher price without your agreement; if we cannot supply the order, we will cancel it and refund amounts paid.

2. Orders and payment

Orders are placed through checkout. Available payment methods are shown there. We will send an order confirmation by email. If an item is unavailable or a payment cannot be completed, we will contact you where possible and refund any amount paid for goods we cannot supply.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@aussietcg.com.au. We will try to help if the order has not been packed or dispatched, but changes may not be possible once fulfilment has begun. This does not affect any rights you have under law.

3. Shipping and delivery

We currently ship to Australian addresses. Shipping options and prices depend on the order and delivery address and are shown at checkout. Any free-shipping offer, qualifying spend and exclusions will be shown with the offer or at checkout. Our current processing times, delivery estimates, tracking availability and parcel support are set out in the Shipping & Returns policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates and may be affected by the carrier or other events.

Pre-order release dates are estimates supplied by manufacturers or distributors and can change. Pre-order items are dispatched when available. If we cannot supply a paid item, we will contact you and refund the amount paid for it. If a delivery is delayed, missing or marked delivered but you have not received it, contact us so we can investigate. Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

4. Australian Consumer Law and returns

Products sold to consumers come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Those rights cannot be excluded by these terms or by our change-of-mind policy.

If a product has a major failure, the ACL may give you the choice of a refund or replacement, or allow you to keep it and seek compensation for a drop in value. For a minor failure, we may first repair or otherwise fix the problem within a reasonable time. If it cannot be fixed within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to another remedy under the ACL. The remedy depends on the issue and the law.

We do not offer a return just because you change your mind, ordered by mistake or no longer want an item, unless we or the product listing have specifically offered one. For a faulty, damaged, unsafe or incorrectly described product, contact info@aussietcg.com.au with your order number and details. We may ask for photos or to inspect the item. You do not need the original packaging to make a claim under the ACL.

5. Website content

Website text, branding and design are owned by AussieTCG or the relevant rights holders. Product images and names may belong to their respective publishers or manufacturers. You may not copy or reuse site content without permission from the relevant rights holder, except where the law allows.
