YOUR CARDS. OUR OFFER.
Ready to turn your trading cards into cash or store credit? Whether it's a single collectible or an entire collection, we'd love to see what you've got. Submit your details for a no-obligation offer.
YOUR COLLECTION. OUR INTEREST.
Currently we are only accepting Pokemon and One Piece, but we plan to expand to more TCG's in the future! Purchasing decisions depend on condition, authenticity, demand and availability.
Raw Cards
Rare cards, chase cards, alternate arts, vintage collectibles and other desirable singles in suitable condition.
Graded Cards
Authenticated and graded trading cards from recognised grading companies.
Sealed & Collections
Sealed products, multiple-card lots and larger collections considered individually.
YOUR CARDS. YOUR CHOICE.
We offer two ways to sell your cards. Our standard starting rates are based on the assessed market value of eligible items, giving you the choice between cash or extra value in AussieTCG store credit.
Cash Offer
Receive a cash offer typically calculated at 70% of our assessed market value for eligible cards and products. Ideal if you're looking to turn your collection into cash.
Store Credit
Receive an offer typically calculated at 80% of our assessed market value as AussieTCG store credit. A great option if you're looking to expand or change your collection.
HAVE SOMETHING SPECIAL?
Rare, high-value, highly sought-after or unusual items may qualify for individually negotiated offers. We're happy to discuss special cards, sealed products and larger collections on a case-by-case basis. If you've got something unique, we'd love to hear about it.
If we assess an eligible card's market value at $100 AUD, our standard starting offer would typically be $70 cash or $80 store credit.
Rates are general starting guidelines rather than guaranteed purchase prices. All offers are subject to condition, authenticity, market demand, current stock requirements and final inspection. Offers may be adjusted or negotiated on an individual basis.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.
Everything you need to know before selling your cards to AussieTCG, including offers, shipping, inspection and payment.
How much do you pay for cards?
Our standard starting rates are 70% cash or 80% store credit, based on our assessed market value of eligible items. Offers depend on condition, authenticity, demand and current stock requirements.
Are your buying rates negotiable?
Yes. We're happy to discuss individual offers for rare, high-value or highly sought-after cards, sealed products and larger collections. Every submission is reviewed individually.
How do you determine market value?
We review recent comparable sales, condition, rarity, authenticity and market demand. Our assessed value may differ from advertised marketplace prices or individual asking prices.
Do you buy entire collections?
Yes. We consider collections of varying sizes, including raw cards, graded cards and sealed products. Please provide an approximate quantity, description and representative photos.
Do you buy damaged or bulk cards?
We may consider damaged cards or bulk collections depending on their contents and demand. Please disclose any known damage and contact us before shipping any bulk lots.
Who pays for shipping to AussieTCG?
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for shipping their cards or products to AussieTCG. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and packaging items securely to minimise the risk of damage in transit. Please do not send anything until we have approved your submission and provided shipping instructions.
Do I need to insure my package?
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for any shipping insurance or extra cover when sending items to AussieTCG. We strongly recommend purchasing cover appropriate to the value of your items and checking the carrier's coverage terms and exclusions. Any loss or damage occurring during shipping to us should be raised with the carrier under the applicable shipping and insurance arrangements.
How should I package my cards?
Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent movement, bending, crushing or moisture damage during transit. Raw cards should be protected appropriately, such as with sleeves and rigid holders. Graded cards and sealed products should be cushioned and placed in a sturdy outer box. We recommend tracked shipping and suitable transit insurance.
What happens when my cards arrive?
Once received, we inspect the items to verify their identity, authenticity, condition and consistency with the information supplied in your submission. If everything matches the agreed assessment, we'll proceed with the purchase under the confirmed terms.
What if the condition is different from what I described?
If an item arrives in a condition that differs from the photographs or description provided, we may reassess its value and issue a revised offer. This may include previously undisclosed scratches, whitening, dents, creases, surface damage, authenticity concerns or other condition issues. We'll explain any changes and provide you with the option to accept or decline the revised offer.
What happens if I decline a revised offer?
If you decline a revised offer, we can arrange to return your items to you. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, including any optional insurance or extra cover. We'll confirm the available return shipping options and costs before arranging the return. Your items will not be purchased without your acceptance of the revised offer.
What if I change my mind after shipping my items?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you decide not to proceed. If the purchase has not been finalised, we can discuss returning your items. Return postage and any optional insurance will generally be at your expense. Any return arrangements will be confirmed before the items are dispatched.
When will I receive payment?
Payment or store credit is arranged after the items have been received, inspected and the final offer accepted. We'll confirm payment arrangements as part of the purchasing process.
Can I choose store credit instead of cash?
Yes. Our standard starting store credit rate is 80% of assessed market value, compared with 70% for cash. Store credit is redeemable through AussieTCG in accordance with the terms confirmed with your offer.
Am I obligated to accept an offer?
No. Submitting your cards for review does not oblige you to complete a sale. You can decline an offer before the purchase is finalised. If your items have already been shipped to us, return postage will generally be at your expense.
Can I send my cards without receiving an offer first?
No. Please wait until we've reviewed your submission and confirmed the shipping arrangements. Unsolicited packages may not be accepted.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE SUBMITTING
Customers are responsible for shipping costs and arranging suitable transit insurance when sending items to AussieTCG. All offers are subject to verification of condition and authenticity. If an offer is revised and declined, return shipping and any optional insurance are at the customer's expense. Please wait for our shipping instructions before sending any products.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION SELLING TERMS & CONDITIONS Please review before submitting your cards or collection.
These Selling Terms & Conditions explain the process for selling eligible trading cards, sealed products and collections to AussieTCG. By submitting an enquiry, you acknowledge that these terms have been made available to you. Submitting an enquiry does not create an obligation to sell your items or require AussieTCG to purchase them. A purchase is only completed when the final offer has been accepted and the agreed consideration has been provided.
01 / SELLER ELIGIBILITY
Sellers must be at least 18 years of age and legally entitled to sell the items submitted.
By offering items for sale, you confirm that you own them or have legal authority to sell them, and that they are not stolen, unlawfully obtained or subject to undisclosed ownership claims or security interests.
AussieTCG may request reasonable evidence of ownership, identity or authority to sell where necessary for verification, fraud prevention or compliance with applicable legal requirements.
02 / PRODUCTS WE CONSIDER
AussieTCG is currently accepting selling enquiries for Pokémon and One Piece trading card products only.
Eligible products may include raw singles, professionally graded cards, sealed products and collections containing these trading card games.
Bulk collections, damaged items and lower-value products may be considered individually.
We may decline proposed purchases based on authenticity, condition, demand, available inventory or other legitimate purchasing considerations.
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee that any item will be purchased.
03 / VALUATION & BUYING RATES
Our standard starting buying rates for eligible items are:
- 70% of our assessed market value for cash offers.
- 80% of our assessed market value for store-credit offers.
Our assessment considers recent completed sales of comparable items, including their condition, edition, language, grading, authenticity and current market demand.
Advertised marketplace listing prices do not necessarily represent actual market value.
These percentages are standard starting guidelines, not guaranteed purchase prices. We will provide the actual proposed amount for each submission before requesting that items be sent to us.
Rare, high-value or particularly desirable items may qualify for individually negotiated offers, which will be confirmed in writing.
04 / INITIAL OFFERS
Offers based on descriptions, photographs or other information supplied remotely are indicative unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing.
Indicative offers are subject to verification of the items following receipt, including authenticity, identity, quantity and condition.
Any offer validity period or additional conditions will be specified in the individual quotation.
Sellers should confirm that an indicative offer remains valid before dispatching their items.
Sellers may decline an initial offer without obligation. Shipping items for inspection does not itself transfer ownership to AussieTCG.
05 / ACCURACY & AUTHENTICITY
Sellers must provide accurate and complete information to the best of their knowledge.
Known damage, alterations, repairs, authenticity concerns, missing components or other material details should be disclosed before shipping.
Where appropriate, please provide clear photographs of the front and back of cards, graded holders and relevant sealed packaging.
AussieTCG may decline items believed to be counterfeit, stolen, materially misrepresented or otherwise unsuitable for purchase.
Suspected unlawful activity may be referred to relevant authorities where required or permitted by law.
06 / SHIPPING TO AUSSIE TCG
Sellers are responsible for arranging and paying for shipping their items to AussieTCG unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Items should be securely packaged to minimise the risk of bending, crushing, moisture damage or movement during transit.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, retaining proof of lodgement and providing the tracking details to AussieTCG.
Do not send any items until AussieTCG has approved your submission and provided shipping instructions.
07 / TRANSIT RISK & INSURANCE
Sellers are responsible for arranging and paying for any optional transit insurance or extra cover for items sent to AussieTCG.
Sellers should check the carrier's cover limits, exclusions and claims procedures, particularly for trading cards and collectibles.
Risk arising from the inbound shipping service selected by the seller generally remains with the seller until delivery to AussieTCG, subject to applicable law and any written agreement.
If a parcel is lost or damaged before delivery, the seller should contact the carrier to pursue any available shipping or insurance claim. AussieTCG will reasonably cooperate by providing relevant information it holds.
Once received, AussieTCG will take reasonable care of items while they remain in our custody.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for negligence, misconduct, breach of agreement or other responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
08 / RECEIPT & INSPECTION
Following receipt, AussieTCG may inspect items to verify their identity, authenticity, condition, quantity and consistency with the original submission.
Where reasonably practicable, we will document received items and any visible packaging damage or material condition concerns.
Inspection may identify damage, defects or differences that were not visible in the original photographs or descriptions.
Any material discrepancies affecting the proposed purchase price will be communicated to the seller before the purchase proceeds.
09 / REVISED OFFERS
If received items materially differ from the descriptions, photographs or information supplied, AussieTCG may reassess their value and issue a revised offer.
This may include differences in condition, authenticity, identity, grading or quantity.
We will explain the reason for a material adjustment and communicate the revised amount before proceeding.
Sellers may accept or decline any revised offer. Items will not be purchased at a revised price without the seller's agreement.
10 / DECLINED OFFERS & RETURNS
If a seller declines an offer after sending items for inspection, the items can be returned.
Where an offer is revised because the received items materially differ from the information supplied by the seller, the seller will generally be responsible for reasonable actual return shipping costs and any optional cover selected.
The seller will also generally be responsible for return shipping where they change their mind before completing an otherwise agreed purchase.
However, if AussieTCG withdraws or reduces an indicative offer solely because of our own purchasing preferences or internal valuation decisions, despite the items matching their original description, AussieTCG will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
We will also address return costs and applicable remedies where a return is required because of our error, negligence, breach of agreement or other legal responsibility.
Available return options, costs and appropriate cover will be discussed before dispatch.
Items will be stored with reasonable care while return arrangements are being resolved.
Uncollected items will be handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements. AussieTCG will not treat declined items as its property merely because a seller has not immediately arranged their return.
11 / PAYMENT & STORE CREDIT
Once the final offer is accepted and required verification is completed, AussieTCG will arrange payment or store credit within three business days.
Cash offers are generally paid by electronic bank transfer to the account nominated by the seller.
Bank processing times may vary and are outside AussieTCG's direct control. We will notify the seller of any material processing delay within our control.
Store-credit offers will be provided in the agreed amount through an AussieTCG store-credit arrangement, such as a credit code or gift card.
Store credit may be redeemed for eligible products through AussieTCG. Any applicable expiry date, redemption restrictions and other conditions will be disclosed before the seller accepts the offer.
Store credit will be issued and administered in accordance with applicable Australian gift-card and consumer laws, including minimum validity requirements where they apply.
No undisclosed redemption restrictions or fees will be imposed.
12 / TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP
Ownership remains with the seller until the final purchase offer has been accepted and the agreed consideration has been provided.
For cash purchases, consideration is provided when the agreed payment is successfully received into the seller's nominated account, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For store-credit purchases, consideration is provided when the agreed credit has been issued and made available for use.
Once the purchase is completed, ownership transfers to AussieTCG, which may then resell the purchased items, subject to applicable law.
13 / CANCELLATION & WITHDRAWAL
Sellers may withdraw an unaccepted submission or decline an indicative or revised offer.
If items have already been shipped, return arrangements and any applicable costs will be handled in accordance with section 10.
Once a purchase is completed, cancellation requires agreement between the parties, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
14 / PERSONAL INFORMATION
AussieTCG may collect contact details, item descriptions, transaction records, payment information and verification details reasonably necessary to assess and process proposed purchases.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy obligations and AussieTCG's published privacy policy.
Identity documents should only be supplied through a method specifically requested or approved by AussieTCG.
Information will be retained only as reasonably necessary for legitimate business purposes and applicable legal or record-keeping requirements.
15 / CONCERNS & DISPUTES
If a disagreement arises regarding an offer, inspection result, payment, shipping or return, please contact AussieTCG using our official website contact channels.
We will review the circumstances and any relevant correspondence, photographs or transaction records.
Both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and in good faith.
Nothing in these terms prevents either party from seeking advice or pursuing rights and remedies available under applicable law.
16 / APPLICABLE LAW
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Australian Capital Territory, Australia, together with applicable Commonwealth laws and any other mandatory laws that apply to the transaction.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies statutory rights, guarantees, protections or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to operate to the extent permitted by law.
Please ensure all item descriptions are accurate, review the shipping, insurance and return arrangements, and understand that initial offers may change following inspection. Please do not send any items until AussieTCG has approved your submission and provided shipping instructions. Submitting an enquiry does not require you to accept a purchase offer.
